However, some information may from time to time be incorrect, out of date or inaccurate partially or in its entirety.

In order to purchase any of our Services you will be required to select one of the payment methods available on our Site which may require you to provide us with your credit or debit card information. Prices for services provided under these Terms of Use will be as outlined on the Site at the time you apply for the Services. All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated, and inclusive of GST, and you agree that we may charge you GST as set out in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (“GST Act”). Delivery of Services
If your purchase is an individual naturopathic consultation, you will be provided with our naturopathic Service following payment processing by Stripe, provided with details to book your consultation or otherwise contacted by us to initiate this Service. Additional information about our naturopathic Service can be obtained by emailing us at info@angelafrench.com.au
If a meal plan or recipe book is purchased, it will be delivered immediately by download. Once we have processed your payment information you will be given a link to download your meal plan. This link will expire after 24hours. If you have any issues with downloading your meal plan, please contact us at info@angelafrench.com.au

We provide some information free of charge on our Site. If you have any issues with downloading or accessing information on our Site, please contact us at info@angelafrench.com.au
Refunds
In the event of any defect with the products that you have purchased on or through our Site, your remedies will be as prescribed under Australian Consumer Law, and our liability will be limited to replacement of the products in question (where applicable), or refund to the value of those products. If you believe any of the Services purchased on or through our Site contain a defect, you must notify us immediately by emailing info@angelafrench.com.au
Refunds are also not available on naturopathic consultations where the services have been rendered.
Due to the digital nature of e-products and packages, refunds are not available for meal plans & e-books and packaged programs.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings) are and will remain the exclusive property of Angela French and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Angela French. Angela French makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this site. When accessing another website independent from Angela French – Naturopath, Angela French has no control over the content on that web site.
